    Description

Lake Winnepesaukah, commonly known as Lake Winnie, is anamusement park located in Rossville, Georgia, just south of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Carl and Minette Dixon opened the park to over 5,000 guests on June 1, 1925. They named it after the Native American word Winnepesaukah, meaning "bountiful waters" or "beautiful lake of the highlands". The park originally featured the largest swimming pool in the southeastern United States, which debuted in 1926 and was later removed. Its Boat Chute attraction, designed by Carl Dixon and opened in 1927, is the oldest mill chute water ride of its kind still in operation in the United States.
Condition over all is good, showing vintage light ageing and usage marks. Lake Winnepesaukah printed on the box is with storage wear. The secret compartment springs out half way and stops when you push the secret leaver down. I believe this is from the early years of the park being opened. Comes from a clean, smoke free home and has no foul odors. Please look at the photos and ask questions for a better description. Thanks for your bids and good luck to everyone.
