    Description

    Offering an extremely scarce piece of history, a Dinner Plate from the
    Rice Hotel, Houston, Texas.  The plate is decorated around the outer
    edge, and just inside the rim is a transfer print display of the
    "Six Flags Over Texas", under which is displayed "Rice Hotel".
    D - 9 1/4".   Under the glaze on  the back of the plate reads
    "Scammell's Lamberton China 1927".  D - 9 1/4".
    Pre-Owned, the plate is in very good condition with no cracks, chips,
    crazing, light normal wear with no noticeable utensil wear.  The plate
    "rings" well when pinged.
